Description:

The TieStrap 2.0 is an adjustable storm strap (1.5 to 3 meters) specifically designed for securely guying awnings, tents, and tarps.

Thanks to the continuous strap, no loose ends hang down, simplifying handling. The signal color orange ensures good visibility even in the dark.

An integrated tension relief spring absorbs wind forces, protecting the joints of the awning arms and thereby relieving stress on the entire structure.

Application:

• Slide the blue T-Connector into the keder rail or place the T-Connector's hole over a tent pin.
• Fasten and twist the TieStrap 2.0 around its own axis to minimize flapping and humming noises.
• Screw in a screw peg (types N, L, LA, HC (to be hammered in)) or a Peg&Stop screw peg (N, S, HD) directly through the spring eye.
• Never use the Screw Peg Small (S) for guying – it is only suitable for fixing eyelets and carpets.
• If the screw peg cannot be fully screwed in, check its stability. If it is firm, place the hook or the lock nut in the lowest possible position above the spring.
• This keeps the spring close to the ground – with maximum holding power and minimal leverage.
• Prevents upward movement of the spring, even in strong winds.

Tips for Use:

• Twisting it around its own axis helps minimize flapping and humming noises.
• Always align the Peggy logo of the straps or Crocodiles with the stud – this ensures a secure connection.
• The T-Connector adapts to various cassette shapes due to its flexible material. Example: Instagram Video
• Mandatory when mounting side panels with Fix&Go AntiFlap (PP19).
