A reliable and efficient service is our top priority. To ensure we can process your request quickly and support you as effectively as possible, we have clearly structured the service process into individual steps. Please follow the procedure described below.

General Notes
  • The statutory warranty period is 2 years.
  • Broken glasses after use are excluded from claims.
  • If a glass is already damaged upon delivery, we will of course replace it.
  • The prerequisite is that the damage is reported immediately upon receipt of the goods.
  • Later complaints (after more than one week) cannot be considered.
