Service & Repairs – alphatronics
Prepare necessary information
Please prepare the following information before each service request:
TV model
Serial number (visible on the silver label)
Detailed description of the problem
Photo or video of the defect
Invoice or vehicle registration document (for verifying warranty claims)
Send a request to customer service

Include all the information listed in step 1.
Technical diagnostics
Customer service will contact you and ask you to check the following if necessary:
Whether the LED goes out after being switched on.
Whether the screen turns gray or remains black.
Whether certain cables or accessories are functioning properly.
If the device does not turn on: Please check if the on/off switch is pressed.
Return and repair
Please return the device only after you have been instructed to do so.
Fill out the return form, print it out and place it in the box with the device.
The processing time may vary depending on the availability of spare parts.
Your request has been accepted as a warranty claim.
- Once received at the factory, the television will be inspected, repaired and returned to you free of charge.
- Should the problem not be covered by the warranty (e.g. due to third-party fault), we will inform you and send you a cost estimate.
Your request is outside the warranty period.
- A cost estimate will be prepared for you after the goods have been received.
- If you wish to receive the defective device back, it will be returned to you at your expense plus a €39 net processing fee.
- If you do not wish to have the device returned, it will be recycled free of charge.
