Description:

The Hardcore Peggy (HC) is a special hammer-in screw peg designed for extremely hard, rocky, or gravelly ground. It is hammered in with a hammer and, if necessary, simply screwed out counter-clockwise—by hand or machine. Thanks to the height-adjustable hook, full insertion is not necessary. Once the peg is firmly seated, the hook is placed in the lowest position.

Application:

• Hammer into the ground.
• Use the height-adjustable hook: If there are obstacles in the ground, partial insertion is sufficient—set the hook to the lowest position.
• Hook guy ropes into the hook or use the hook as counter-pressure on the anchor plate or with the TieStrap.

Tips for Use:

• Round screw head allows for change of direction when hammering in.
• If there is resistance, the peg does not need to be fully hammered in—simply insert the hook.
• Note: After long periods of rain, switch to screw pegs with compression threads (e.g., Peg&Stop S/N or N).

• Extremely hard, rocky, gravelly, and compacted ground.
