How to participate

After purchasing a new alphatronics TV with one of the product names K-19 W, K-22 W, K-24 W, SL-22 DW, SL-24 DW, SL-27 DW, SL-32 DW, SL-40 W, SLA-22 DWS, SLA-24 DWS, SLA-27 DWS or SLA-32 W4K, the end customer must send a copy of the purchase receipt and the completed participation form to alphatronics by post or email.

The serial number is located on the back of the device. Depending on the size of the purchased TV, alphatronics will then send either the Slim Mount BASE1 for screen sizes from 19 to 27 inches or the Slim Mount BASE2 for screen sizes from 27 to 40 inches free of charge.

The promotion is valid for end customers only. Legal recourse is excluded. The promotion applies to devices purchased between June 1, 2026 and July 31, 2026, according to the purchase receipt. Redeemable only until August 3, 2026 and while stocks last.
